In four city and rural settlements of area representative bodies of these municipal unions have made decisions on appointment of early election of heads of settlements which will take place on September 12, 2010. The decision on carrying out of early election in Egorlykskiy rural settlement of Egorlykskiy area, in Konstantinovskiy area in Konstantinovskiy city settlement was made on June 22. And one day later the similar decision was made in Zernogradskiy city settlement of Zernogradskiy area and in Ekaterinovskiy rural settlement of Matveevo-Kurgan area.
The reason of the preschedule termination of powers of office of heads of these city and rural settlements is that on the past elections on March 14, 2010 they have been elected to the posts of heads of corresponding municipal areas.
Within five days of the decision on appointment of early election will be published in mass-media, and promotion of candidates will begin from this point on.
