Dear friends!

I am happy to address to those, who is interested in the youth politics, who wants to know more about the development of the youth movements in the Don region, about political, economic and social life of the youth in the Don region. A new electronic newspaper “Factor [prava]” (“Law factor”), which is starting to be published in the Internet owing to the initiative and efforts of the Election Commission of Rostov region, gives you such an opportunity.

The many year-experience of development of democratic institutions in the Don region reflects the necessity of participation of youth in the political processes. In such a way we can solve to problems: how to prepare a skilled personnel and how to protect the country from the youth extremism.

Collaborating with the authorities within the youth parliaments or other youth associations, young people gain certain experience, which will help them work at the legislative and executive bodies and find their way in life.

Of course, the life of young people in Rostov region is not only politics. Many Rostovites are interested in informal side of youth relations, youth subculture, opinion of young people on various problems, relations of young people in the army. I hope that such themes will be covered on the virtual pages of the new edition, where scientists, experts, journalists from Russia and other countries will collaborate together.

I would like to wish the newspaper “Factor [prava]” to be competent, objective and interesting for its readers and cover various themes, to become an authoritative tribune to exchange opinions and to discuss.
